In compliance with Meta's Platform Policy and global privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), we provide a straightforward way for users to request the deletion of their data.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Request Submission

Send an email to our support team at support@techhive.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. Please include the phone number or email linked to your account.

2. Identity Verification

For security reasons, we will send a verification message to your registered WhatsApp number or email to confirm you are the owner of the data.

3. Processing Period

Once verified, our team will purge your personal information, order history, and business configurations from our databases and vector storage within 48-72 hours.

Note: Deleting your data is permanent. This includes all AI-trained knowledge, customer history, and active order logs. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
