Our AI algorithms, dashboard features, and custom code are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without prior written agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any feature of the service with or without notice.
