When will you start charging?
We are currently in private beta. All plans are completely free until we officially launch. Early adopters will receive a significant discount when billing goes live.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
For the Starter plan, we provide a shared OrderX number so you can start immediately. Growth and Pro plans connect your own dedicated WhatsApp Business number for a more branded experience.
Which payment gateways are supported?
We support Wave, ModemPay, Stripe, Flutterwave, PayPal, NowPayments, and Cash on Delivery. More gateways are added regularly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. You pay only the monthly subscription, and it takes less than 10 minutes to go live.
